Open Position: Virtual Sales Admin (Contractor)

IE is growing, and would love to partner with amazing people to receive and process sales inquiries and orders online, or via phone and email. The perfect candidate for this role LOVES music and is highly organized. This is for a contractor.
This role will report to the CEO and Marketing Director. Main duties include:
- Receiving and processing proposals and payments from clients in Honeybook.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone and email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Following up with wedding and private event leads via email and phone.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Directing feedback from customers to the CEO.
- Identifying new products to upsell to customers.
- Keeping up-to-date with festivals, marketing events, and clients and sharing calendars of opportunities, then following up on those opportunities.
- Administrative support to assist with creating a more efficient organization.
- Virtual assistant work to support the research and sales of Ignight Entertainment and our clients.
- Ability and willingness to help at live events hosted by Ignight Entertainment, both private and public.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Sales Administrator requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or preferably in the Events Industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with industry software such as Honeybook or similar.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Hourly rate is $12 - $20 per hour.
