Our Business Process - The Ignition Sequence

We'd like to introduce you to our Ignition Sequence, the process we've used to Guide Music Lovers to Lit Experiences for over 10 years. Just like a rocket launch, we use the Ignition Sequence to count down the steps to successfully launch your event. Here are the steps:

1) Share your Spark- your story & vision 🤩 Reach out via our Contact Form, send an email, or we can even get on a call to hear all about your event vision. It’s our goal to take you and your guests over the moon on your big day 🚀

2) Outline your Style & Vibes (Questionnaire) 📝 This 1 minute questionnaire frames your event vision. Like a map, you’ll tell us the Event Style and Musical Vibes you're planning for! We share this with our DJs/MCs, Musicians, Photo Booth, Lighting, FX, Aerialists, Dancers, and more to find the best fit for your Style & Vibes 🤩

3) Meet your DJ/Team, Design your Experience 👍 As your one stop lit shop, we’ll send a brochure of all our most popular services. You can choose whatever you like, save your progress, then we’ll create your proposal and share it via email. From here, you’ll be able to meet your team and review all the details before you sign. It’s our mission to guide you and our crew to a lit experience, so it’s gotta be a lit fit before moving forward 🤝

4) Plan & Plot your Experience (Planning, Playlists, & Requests) 📲 Join our playlisting and planning app on your smartphone, where you can fully plan out the details, including your timeline, playlists, special requests, custom sections of the night, and more. Your planner, partner, other vendors, even guests can easily join to suggest songs too!

5) Review the Final Plan on Zoom ✔️ We will walk through the run of show and details together from start to finish. Your Ignight DJ, planner, partner and entertainment planner (us) will all be on this call to review the details together.

6) Enjoy your Event 🙌 With all the hard work done, it’s time for the best part; relax and enjoy. Your event will be a vibrant memory and reflection of your unique story for years to come! We are here to guide you to success and a lit experience on your big day!
