First, it’s important to know that Ignight Entertainment’s mission is to Guide Music Lovers to #lit Experiences 🎉 We consistently achieve this by following our Ignition Sequence; a 6 step process to guide you through planning and executing #lit event entertainment. After sharing your event vision (Step 1), and confirming your proposal (Step 2), the 3rd step is to complete a Styles & Vibes Questionnaire.

You will meet your DJ in an intro call should you so choose, and again in your final consult call the week before your big day. The day of your event, your work is done! Your DJ will guide the transitions, music and flow of your event based upon the information provided in Vibo.

In less than 5 minutes, you’ll share the overall feel, energy, and style of your event, as well as the overarching musical genres that you want played all with the Style & Vibes Questionnaire. You can also share specific direction like these clients did:

By highlighting your Style & Vibes with this simple Questionnaire, we can better envision your event experience. Ignight then matches the details you put into your event’s Style & Vibes with the Style & Vibes profiles of our DJ/talent roster database to ensure an excellent fit ✔️ An intro email is then sent to connect you and your DJ/talent.

Step 4 of the Ignition Sequence is to Plan and request your favorite songs with our app 📲 You will have access to Vibo, our playlisting and event planning app, as soon as you book with us. This is the run of show for your DJ and/or musicians. When you have completed Step 4) planning playlist & timeline, it’s time for Step 5) Meet with your DJ to review! We’ll set up a consultation call with you, your DJ, and your team here at Ignight Entertainment. Together, we will review your requests, timeline, and event flow in this Zoom/call, ensuring everything is right. Finally, when the big day arrives, Step 6 is to simply Enjoy your Event!
