Vibo: Our New Mobile App for Event Playlisting & Planning
We love apps and tech that make life easier! Vibo is our new mobile app that allows for clients to add their song requests from Spotify, YouTube, and top musical charts, making it super easy to organize, playlist and plan together.
Ignight and Vibo will accompany you in your event’s musical preparation process, give your DJ the full picture of your entertainment vision, and set you up for the most amazing time. We imagine you have enough on your mind, so we kept it super-simple, mobile, and easy to use. Heck, it’s even fun. Here’s how it goes:
After booking with us, Ignight Entertainment will email you a link to download Vibo on your device.
Install the app and sign up with your Email or Facebook account. Easy peasy.
After signing up you will be directed to your event’s listing, which is visible only to you and Ignight Entertainment, and has two tabs - Details and Music.
The Details tab allows you to change the cover photo, add more admins, edit your event’s details, and invite guests to rate and suggest music.
The Music tab allows you to add and manage the music requests for your DJ. The screen consists of different sections, such as Dance Party Songs, Dinner Music, First Dance Song, etc.
Add songs by tapping on a section and then tapping the green + button. You can add songs either by searching Youtube from the top bar or by browsing Vibo’s recommendations. Spotify playlists also integrate!
Invite guests to upvote and suggest songs of their own by tapping the blue button on the Details screen. Your event has a unique URL, making it a breeze to invite your guests via text, email, Facebook or any other messaging app you’re using.
Finalize your song requests by marking them as “Must Play” or “Don’t Play”, or by removing them completely. Simple 👌
